Terms and Condition

1. The person who orders the logo will represent their company and handle all the tasks required.
   
   
2. An order can be canceled if we do not have sufficient information to fulfill the order
   
   
3. After the drafts have been sent, the orderer has 3 days to decide which logos they prefer and notify us of any modifications they would like.
   
   
4. If the person who has ordered the logo is still unsatisfied after we feel we've modified the logo extensively, we have the right to stop the project (this has never happened before). If this happens then we will retain the deposit for the work we've done.
   
   
5. We can put the files on a CD and physically ship it to you for an extra fee.
   
   
6. Whoever receives the completed logo will retain full rights of the logo.
